Why are these fixed prices and not hourly?
Hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline forces us to design tight requirements with you up front — and means you know what you're paying before we write a line of code.
What does the deadline guarantee actually mean?
On the MVP in 4 Weeks SKU, if we miss the agreed launch date for any reason that isn't a scope change you requested, we refund the days we ran over at the daily rate equivalent. We've never had to issue one — and we're not planning to start.
Why do you reject so many projects?
We accept around 30% of inbound. The other 70% either don't have clear requirements yet (in which case we recommend a Scope Sprint), are looking for the cheapest bid, or want hourly billing. None of those are a fit.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDA on request, before any technical detail is shared. We sign yours or send ours.
Where is the team based?
Lahore, Pakistan. We work in your timezone for stand-ups and demos. Zero outsourcing — every line of code is written by a senior engineer on our payroll.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. We take cash for the build, and we'll happily refer you to a fractional CTO network if you want equity-aligned long-term help.
